Eat food in moderation.
Any type of food when eaten, sweet snacks or oily food should be eaten in moderation. Even fruits and vegetables, since they contain a lot of sugar. However, they should be eaten in consideration of their benefits and quantity, so to provide a balanced diet.
Exercise regularly
Aerobic exercises should be done regularly every week to burn fats. Every week, at least 150 hours of aerobic exercises should be done to optimise weight loss.
